MASTERY, DEDICATED TO SINGING AND VOCAL TECHNIQUE
In residence at André Malraux College, the Maîtrise is made up of 50 to 60 children from primary to terminale. In classes with flexible hours, they work on singing, vocal technique, body expression, dance and theatre. The Artistic Director attaches particular importance to the regular organization of concerts, workshops, shows and trips which allow the children to develop artistically, to work in a team, to discover other cultures and to experience of other pedagogies.
Children must pass an audition to integrate the Bouches-du-Rhône Master's degree. There is no prior musical training required. The pre-selection audition lasts 10 to 15 minutes. The members of the jury take into account your child's voice, coordination, stage presence and motivation.

FOR PRIMARY FROM CE1 TO CE2
The traditional song “Ah! I'll tell you mom" by Pierre Perret or another song allowing you to appreciate the vocal qualities of the child and a poem recited of your choice.
FOR CM1 AND CM2 PRIMARY
The song "Take a child" by Yves Duteil or another song allowing to appreciate the vocal qualities of the child and a recited poem of your choice.
FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS 6TH TO 4TH
The song "Take a child" by Yves Duteil or any musical work allowing to appreciate the vocal qualities of the child.
Opening of recruitment auditions for classes with flexible hours for the start of the September 2022 school year from January 3, 2022.
Children and adolescents from CE1 can register until Wednesday March 2, 2022, the closing date.
Please note, boys who have changed cannot enter the competition, there is no possibility of registering after the 4th grade.

Entrance to the Master's degree is between CE1 and 4ème. The competition procedure takes place as follows: the entrance examination according to the texts in force CHAM with interview of the parents and the child before the Jury of competition (period between March and April).
The entry procedure is as follows:
A. Solfegic musical tests: rhythms, reading, reproduction, sensoriality,
B. Presentation of a song, the list of which will be communicated to the candidates two months before the audition,
C. Interview with the parents and the child concerning the motivation and the choice of this course.
The final admission decision is taken by the jury, chaired by the Academic Director of Bouches-du-Rhône or his representative.

The final registration file must be submitted complete no later than the first half of July and includes:
The registration form and the administrative form,
Registration fees (between €140 and €200 annually),
A copy of the valid identity card or copy of the child's passport (front/back) or a copy of the family record book (parent and child pages),
Two A5 stamped envelopes, unaddressed, franked at the current rate,
Two recent passport photos,
The insurance certificate covering the child for school and extracurricular activities,
A copy of the rules of procedure signed by the different parties,
The certificate of the annual phoniatrist,
An annual medical certificate,
A copy of the certificate of the child's social security number.
An annual registration fee, including the membership fee for the association, is payable for each child of the Master's on the registration dates at the end of June, according to the pricing set by the Board of Directors of the Master's .
